Processing Time

Order by 2pm (UAE time) Monday–Friday for next-working-day delivery in the UAE. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or on public holidays go out the next working day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer express shipping across the UAE.

  • Orders AED 250 and above: Free shipping

  • Orders below AED 250: AED 25 flat‑rate shipping

Orders placed by 2pm Mon–Fri are delivered the next working day. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays or due to courier delays.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of Bella Twirls.
