Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship within the UAE, and how can I track my order?
Yes. We offer reliable UAE-wide shipping so your Bella Twirls dress arrives safely and beautifully packaged for your special occasion.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your Bella Twirls package to your doorstep.
Orders & Returns
What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the day your order is received. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, we offer a refund to your original payment method, subject to approval and stock availability. Refunds to the original payment method are also offered if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items must be reported within 48 hours to 3 days of delivery by emailing info@bellatwirls.com with your order number, item details, and clear photos.

When will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm Mon–Fri for next-working-day delivery in the UAE. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays go out the next working day.
